​Would You Even Want A Crystal Ball?

Life itself is such a great mystery. How we begin, how we end, whether or not our souls recycle into new bodies…these are things people have pondered for centuries.

Our eldest daughter is very pregnant and due to give birth in a handful of weeks. It’s one of the most important events and we have no idea when it will be!

Often, people become ill and doctors offer a prediction of when someone will die. I know of stories of those who bought into those predictions and gave up their will to a guesstimate. I also know of others who defied those predictions and outlived them by decades.

So that begs the question, if you could have a crystal ball, would you even want one?

More and more astrologers are calling themselves “predictive astrologers.” They have the still shot of where everything in the Heavens was at the time of your birth and can read several likelihoods based on your chart. They also know that certain planetary configurations, transits, trines, and conjunctions are likely to bring with them specific challenges. But in your view, do you want to know?

I listened to a predictive astrologer this week who said today is a day for an emotional decision. She also said that people can be sharp-tongued and to watch for that.

For me, being mindful of that likelihood is powerful. If I were to feel sharp-tongued, I’d be sure to keep a double grip on myself. It also helps me to steer clear of getting into it with others who might be speaking to me sharply.

Predictive astrologers told us that on January 7, 2020 a long-awaited shift would occur that would demolish structures and life as we knew it. Everyone thought it was going to be a great thing at the time…
