Is Your Screen Saver a Soul Saver?

It’s a busy time of year with back to school, Labor Day, the Jewish New Year, (may it be a healthy and happy one) and all that comes with the approaching season of fall, just around the corner.

With all of that going on, I’d like to invite you to have some fun with changing up your screensaver imagery on your computer and your Home Screen and Lock Screen on your phone.

How many times a day do you look at your phone? The image you choose should be a fabulous one!

On my computer screen saver I often select photos I’ve taken in nature, or pieces of my art that make me happy. My phone usually has photos of my loved ones, our beloved Toffee Dog that we miss so much, or the grand kiddos that always bring a smile to my face.

Choose what you’d like to see several times a day. And set your intention with what you choose. Do you want to laugh, pause to breathe, feel inspired, or be transported? Your screen saver truly can soothe your soul.

Choose mindfully and stay enchanted!
